  • Our loaves are freshly baked the day they are delivered. Our products do not contain any additives, preservatives, softeners, or antioxidants commonly used to extend shelf life and prevent spoiling. Please enjoy fresh bread after delivery and freeze extras to preserve freshness.

  • Yes, we are Idaho’s first farm to table bakery. We make it a priority to use local and organic ingredients seasonally. We only use ingredients that are non-gmo verified. Our products do not contain seed oils, preservatives, or anti-caking agents.

  • Yes, everything is made with the same old world tradition of slow fermentation baking. We believe that slow food is the best food.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

  • Our freshly baked items can be found at our store in downtown Kuna. The Boise Farmer’s Market from March to October. Primal Coffee on the Boise Bench serves our slow fermented bagels. Delivery is always a great option.
